ack! i've eaten way too much this week. but with each day i've gotten a little better. today was the best and hopefully i can keep it up tonight.
** 2 cups of jello (sugar free and no carbs!) 20 calories ** 24 oz. green tea ice blended w/ soymilk (the soymilk has a lot of cals but at least it's healty) im guessing about 300 calories ** about 5 oz. of soybeans (i have no idea how many calories are in them??)
so im guessing today wasn't far over 400. which is getting better. eventually ill be down to 100 a day, again. that was best. JELLO IS PERFECT FOR THIS!
